    Run 1989, 16 May 2024 – Paddington

    Hare – Sir Humpalot

    This week’s run will be from the The Pride of Paddington, 1-3 Craven Rd, Tyburnia, London W2 3RF. Map Link. The pub is located directly opposite the main entrance to Paddington Station. Many thanks to Sir Humpalot for gallantly stepping in at the last minute to hare this week’s trail. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 Hours.  Secure bag storage facilities will be available at the pub.


  • Run 1988, 9 May 2024 – Berrylands

    Hare – Half Baked

    This week’s run will be from The Berrylands, 107 Chiltern Drive KT5 8LS . Map Link. This is a two minute walk from Berrylands station, from where a p-trail will be marked.

    Trains to Berrylands run from Waterloo, via Clapham Junction and Wimbledon. Note that there will be a reduced rail service running to Waterloo in the evening of 9th May, so you may wish to catch the K2 bus from the stop outside the pub. This takes you back to Kingston Station, where you can pick up more frequent rail services or change to another bus route.

    The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. Bags can be left in the pub, but not securely, so we would welcome a volunteer to do bagsitting duties.


  • Run 1987, 2 May 2024 – Kew Bridge

    Hare – Standard Deviant

    This week’s run will be from the One Over the Ait, 8 Kew Bridge Road TW8 0FJ Map Link. This is a short walk from Kew Bridge Station (overground from Waterloo via Clapham Junction), from where there will be a p-trail to the pub, The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 Hours. The pub have reserved for us an area upstairs, and we can store our bags there, though, as it is not secure, best not to leave anything valuable. However, the Hare will have his car close by for a drink stop, so can keep valuables safe. Bring your collapsible cups for the drink stop.


  • Run 1986, 25 April 2024 – Richmond

    Hares – Man Magnet

    This will be Man Magnet’s spectacular annual Azalea Run. This year it will be an A to B run, starting at one pub, and finishing at another. The starting pub will be the Dukes Head, 42 The Vineyard, Richmond TW10 6AN  Map Link and there will be a P trail from the back exit of Richmond station, onto Lower Church Road, to guide you to the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hour, and a car will be on standby to take everyone’s bags to the finishing pub, which will be close to transport links back to Richmond, Central London and elsewhere. There will be a drink stop on trail, so bring your collapsible cups.


  • Run 1985, 18 April 2024 – Putney Heath

    Hare – Miss Bean

    This week’s run will be from The Green Man on Wildcroft Road, SW15 3NG  Map Link. The nearest station is Putney, on the overground line to and from Waterloo. It is also accessible from East Putney, on the District Line. There will be no p-trail to the pub, which is is easy to find, about half a mile uphill walk from Putney station, or get buses 14, 37, 39, 85 or 93 from Putney Station (Stop E). The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours.

    There will be a drink stop, so bring your collapsible cups.


  • Run 1984, 11 April 2024 – Ealing Broadway

    Hare – K4

    This week’s run is from the King’s Arms, 55 The Grove, W5 5DX Map Link..

    There will be a p-trail from the nearest station, Ealing Broadway, which is on the Central and Elizabeth Lines, and overground from Paddington.

    The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for the duration of the run.

    Torches are recommended.


  • Run 1983, 4 April 2024 – Mortlake

    Hare – On Your Back

    This week’s run will be from the appropriately named Hare and Hounds, 214-216 Upper Richmond Road, SW14 8AH  Map Link. The nearest station is Mortlake, on the overground line to and from Waterloo. The pub is a five minute walk from the station, and there will be trail of chalk P-arrows from both exits to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store bags in the bin shed for its duration.

    The Hare informs us that there will be a special drink stop to mark his first hared trail, so bring your collapsible cups, if you have one.


  • Run 1982, 28 March 2024 – Shepherds Bush

    Hare – Opee

    This week’s run will be from The Green Pub, 172-174 Uxbridge Road W12 7JP Map Link. This is a two minute walk from Shepherds Bush Market Tube Station, on the Hammersmith and City / Circle lines, and there will a trail of chalk P arrows from the station. to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and there will be a private room for us at the pub, with bag storage, but not secure, so a bag-sitter would be good.

    The Hare will be setting a live trail, for extra excitement.


  • Run 1981, 21 March 2024 – Brentford

    Hares – Cock Doctor and Cocaine Charlie

    This week’s run will be from The Six Bells, 148 High Street, Brentford TW8 8EW Map Link. The nearest station is Brentford, on the mainline, and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from that station to help you find the pub. Buses 237 and 267 (from Hammersmith or Chiswick) will also bring you there. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide secure storage for our bags for its duration.

    There will be a floating drink stop, so bring your collapsible cups.

    This week’s run will be from the Hoop and Toy, 34 Thurloe Place SW7 2HQ Map Link. This is a short walk from South Kensington underground station (District and Circle, and Piccadilly Lines) and there will be trail of chalk P-arrow from here to the help you find this pub.The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration,

    This run celebrates the Hungarian national day, so if you have any Hungarian flags, insignias or appropriate colours, bring them along. There will also be a drink stop, so bring your reusable collapsible cups.


  • Run 1979, 7 March 2024 – Hammersmith

    Hare – Bhopal

    This week’s run will be from The Chancellors, 25 Crisp Road, London W6 9RL Map Link.  There will a P-trail from the both the Hammersmith tube stations to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. Bring torches and a drinking vessel for a drink stop on trail. World famous pizzas available in the pub afterwards.

    Hares – Opee and Bonnie (for LYH)

    This will be the leap year day run, brought to you by the joint efforts of West London Hash and the Leap Year Hash (yes, there is such an entity!).

    The run will be from The Admiralty, 66 Trafalgar Sq, St. James’s, London WC2N 5DS Map Link. The nearest station is Charing Cross.

    There will be a trail of chalk P arrows from this station to help you find the pub.

    The run will start at 19.30 hours, slightly later than our usual time, and the pub will store our bags for its duration.

    A WhatsApp group has been set up for this event to allow you to communicate with fellow LY hashers both before and during the r**.

    This week’s run will take place from The Prince Of Wales, 73 Dalling Rd, London W6 0JD  Map Link. The nearest station Tube station is Ravenscourt Park and there will be a trail of chalk P-arrows from that station to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will let us store our bags in a semi secure closed off doorway for its duration.

    Kensal Green, NW10 5NU Map Link. The nearest station is Kensal Green which is on the Bakerloo line, and also on the mainline from Willesden Junction, and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from that station to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and there will be bag storage for its duration. the Hare has advised that there will not be a drink stop, a torch is recommended and the run will be 5.5 miles long with shortcuts available.
