The nearest station is Brentford, on the mainline, and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from that station to help you find the pub. Buses 237 and 267 (from Hammersmith or Chiswick) will also bring you there. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide secure storage for our bags for its duration.

    There will be a floating drink stop, so bring your collapsible cups.

This is a short walk from South Kensington underground station (District and Circle, and Piccadilly Lines) and there will be trail of chalk P-arrow from here to the help you find this pub.The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration,

    This run celebrates the Hungarian national day, so if you have any Hungarian flags, insignias or appropriate colours, bring them along. There will also be a drink stop, so bring your reusable collapsible cups.


  • Run 1979, 7 March 2024 – Hammersmith

    Hare – Bhopal

    This week’s run will be from The Chancellors, 25 Crisp Road, London W6 9RL Map Link.  There will a P-trail from the both the Hammersmith tube stations to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. Bring torches and a drinking vessel for a drink stop on trail. World famous pizzas available in the pub afterwards.


  • Run 1978, 29 February 2024 – Leap Year Hash, Trafalgar Square

    Hares – Opee and Bonnie (for LYH)

    This will be the leap year day run, brought to you by the joint efforts of West London Hash and the Leap Year Hash (yes, there is such an entity!).

    The run will be from The Admiralty, 66 Trafalgar Sq, St. James’s, London WC2N 5DS Map Link. The nearest station is Charing Cross.

    There will be a trail of chalk P arrows from this station to help you find the pub.

    The run will start at 19.30 hours, slightly later than our usual time, and the pub will store our bags for its duration.

    A WhatsApp group has been set up for this event to allow you to communicate with fellow LY hashers both before and during the r**.

The nearest station Tube station is Ravenscourt Park and there will be a trail of chalk P-arrows from that station to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will let us store our bags in a semi secure closed off doorway for its duration.

The nearest station is Kensal Green which is on the Bakerloo line, and also on the mainline from Willesden Junction, and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from that station to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and there will be bag storage for its duration. the Hare has advised that there will not be a drink stop, a torch is recommended and the run will be 5.5 miles long with shortcuts available.

A torch is advisory.

    This week’s run will be from The Windermere, Windermere Avenue HA9 8QT Map Link. The nearest station is South Kenton, which is in Zone 4 on the Bakerloo Line and overground line from Euston. From Richmond and Clapham Junction on the overground, change at Willesden Junction.

    There will be a trail of chalk P arrows from this station to help you find the pub, though it is visible from the station platform.

    The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration. There won’t be a drink stop, but there will be the usual food after the run at the pub.

    There is one part of the run where a torch would be useful, but not essential.

    This week’s run will be from The Grosvenor, 79 Grosvenor Road SW1V 3LA Map Link. The nearest station is Pimlico on the Victoria Line and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. The pub is just across Vauxhall Bridge from Vauxhall station, on the overground from Waterloo. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and they will provide somewhere for us to store our bags for its duration,

    This is will be Man Magnets annual Australia Day run, which also falls on Burns Night. Participants are encouraged to use their imagination and dress accordingly.

    This week’s run will be from The Scarsdale Tavern, 23a Edwardes Square W8 6HE  Map Link. The nearest station is High Street Kensington and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will allow us to store our bags in their cellar for its duration. The Hare says it will be a five mile run and shortcuts will be available. There will not be drink stop.

Nearest station is Northfields Tube (Tube strike has now been called, off by Papal decree!) and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub is expected to provide bag storage space for its duration.


  • Run 1970, 4 January 2024 – Gunnersbury

    Hare – Standard Deviant

    This week’s run will be from the Bull’s Head, 15 Strand-on-the-Green W4 3PQ Map Link. The nearest station is Gunnersbury Tube station on the District Line and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. The downstairs area of the pub will be reserved for us and we will be able to leave our bags there during the run, unsecured.

    This run falls on the tenth day of Christmas and, whilst there may or may not be any Lords a-leaping, there will be a final festive drink stop for which you will need your disposable cups or other vessels. Torches are also advisable.


  • Run 1969, 28 December 2023 – St Margarets

    Hare – Minge and Tonic

    This week’s run will take place from the St Margarets Tavern, 107 St Margaret’s Road, St Margaret’s TW1 2LJ Map Link. The nearest station is St Margarets and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. The pub does not have a secure area for bags storage and a volunteer to act as bag minder would be appreciated. The Hare will leave her car in the carpark for bag storage if all else fails, but this may mean that latecomers will have to run with their bags.

    This is the Hare’s Birthday Run and there will be a drink stop, so bring your collapsible cups or other vessels. The Hare has assured us that there will be no soda water involved.

    This week’s run will be from the Dukes Head, 42 The Vineyard, Richmond TW10 6AN Map Link. The nearest station is Richmond and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from the rear exit (onto Lower Church Road) of the station to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and there will be unsecured bag storage space at the pub. This is the winter solstice and the longest night of the year so bring a torch. The Hares says it will also the shortest trail. There will be a drink stop so bring your collapsible plastic cups.


  • Run 1967 Thursday 14 December 2023 – Oxford Circus

    Hare – Pope

    This week’s run will be from The Stag’s Head, New Cavendish Street, W1W 6XW Map Link. The nearest station is Oxford Circus and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from its Northern Exit to help you find this pub. The footfall around the station is likely to be very heavy at this time of year so it might be best to use the Map Link link to get you started in the right direction, if you are unfamiliar with the area. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide an unsecured storage area for our bags. This will be Pope’s annual Christmas lights and Christmas presents run and after the run the jolly fat man will be shaking his sack and inviting all the boys and girls to have a fumble round it. To participate in the lucky dip you should bring a wrapped Christmas present to the value of around £6 and you will receive one in return.
