    Hare – Butt Plug

    This week’s run will be from the Duke’s Head, the Vineyard, Richmond, TW10 6AZ Map Link.  There nearest station is Richmond and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from the back exit of this station, which leads onto Lower Church road, to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide an unsecured area for us to leave our bags.


  • Run 1940, 22 June 2023 – Whitton

    Hares – Smart Arse and Charlatan

    This week’s run will be from The Prince Albert, 54 Hounslow Road, Twickenham TW2 7EX Map Link . The nearest stations are Whitton and Hounslow mainline stations, both on the overground Hounslow line from Waterloo. A p-trail will be marked from both stations to help you find this pub. The walk from Hounslow is slightly longer at 12 minutes (against 7 minutes from Whitton), but the 281 bus plies the same route and will take you close to the pub; get off at Whitton Church. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and they will look after our bags for its duration. The pub should be serving two Twickenham beers

    There will be a drink stop with the usual eclectic variety of beers from Mr A, as well as wine, so bring your collapsible cups if you wish to partake of the later.


  • Run 1939, 15 June 2023 – Battersea

    Hare – N4P

    This week’s run will be from the Mondo Brewery Tap House Link to website, 86-92 Stewart’s Road, SW8 4UG Map Link.  The nearest station is Battersea Power Station on the Northern line (zone 1) and there will be trail of chalk P arrows from this station to help you find the Brewery. The run will start from the Brewery at our usual time of 19.15 hours and they will store our bags for its duration. The venue is also accessible from Battersea Park and Queenstown Road national rail stations but no P trail will be marked from these . 

    Last time we ran from this venue there were long queues because only one person was serving, and there were a lot of food orders. The brewery have assured the hare that they will have two members of staff on, and they no longer organise food, so the queue for drinks should not be long.  They are happy for people to order food in. 

    There will be a drink stop so please bring your reusable cups.

The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 Hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration. There will be a Pimm’s drink stop, so you should bring your collapsible cups.

    This week’s run will be from The Monkey Puzzle, 30 Southwick Street, London W2 1JQ  Map Link. The nearest station is Paddington and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from the station exit onto the junction of Praed street and London street to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 Hours and the pub will provide a cordoned off area of the bar for us to leave our bags for its duration.


  • Run 1936, 25 May 2023 – Brentford

    Hare – Pope

    This week’s run will be from The Brook, 38 New Road, Brentford TW8 0NU Map Link. The nearest station is Brentford mainline (1/2 mile) and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. For those travelling by underground, buses run from Chiswick High Road (Gunnersbury or Chiswick Park stations on the district line). Either take the H91 to Windmill Road South Ealing (stop BW), then a five minute walk, or take the 237 or 267 to Goat Wharf (stop BJ), then a seven minute walk.

The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours.The pub have allocated the public bar for our use and this will be locked while we are on the trail and we can store our bags in there.

    This week’s run will be from The Windermere, Windermere Avenue, HA9 8QT Map Link. This is adjacent to South Kenton Station on the London Overground and Bakerloo Line. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration. The pub will also lay on free food after the run and the Hare needs approximate numbers of likely attendees for catering purposes.     In case some hashers are impacted by the industrial action affecting some train companies and need an alternative travel option a second “P”  trail will be laid to the pub from Preston Road station on the Metropolitan Line (just one stop past Wembley Park). It is around a ten minute walk from Preston Road to the pub. Bus 223 also stops right outside The Windermere.
