  • Run 1919 – Thursday 26 January – Australia Day

    Hare – Man Magnet

    This will be Man Magnet’s traditional Australia Day run and will be from The Old Star, near St James Park station, 66 Broadway, SW1H 0DB. Map Link, the pub is within sight of the station and there will be a P arrow pointing in its direction. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide us with the use of an upstairs room where we can also store our bags. There will be a drink stop, so bring a cup. Come with your Aussie T-shirts, flags, didgeridoos, inflatable marsupials etc.


  • Run 1918 – Thursday 19 January – Kenny

    Hare – Kenny

    This week’s run will be from the Rack and Tenter, 45 Moorfields, Moorgate, London EC2Y 9AE. Map Link. The nearest station is Moorgate, on the Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, and Northern lines. There wil be a trail of chalk P’s from the station to the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. There will be a drink stop so please bring a collapsible cup. Please contact the hare if you would be prepared to act as a bag sitter in the pub.


  • Run 1917 – Thursday 12 January – Richmond

    Hare – Mop

    This week’s run will be from the Dukes Head, The Vineyard, Richmond, TW10 6AZ Map Link.  The nearest station is Richmond, tube and mainline, and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from the back exit from this station ,onto Lower Church Road, to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide an area for us to leave our bags for its duration. Bring a torch, it will be essential, and a collapsible cup, if you have one, because there will be a drink stop.


  • Run 1916 – 5 January 2023 – Wandsworth

    Hares – Miss Bean and Stevie Blunder

    This week’s run will be from the King’s Arms, 94-96 Wandsworth High Street, SW18 4HY  Map Link. The nearest station is Wandsworth Town but there will not a P trail from there as there is a rail strike scheduled, the area is served by numerous bus routes and if you follow the Map Link you should be able to use it to find the best route there from your starting location. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and bags can be stored at the pub. Bring a torch.

  • Run 1915 – Thursday 29 December

    Hare – Minge & Tonic

    This week’s run will be from The Coach and Horses, 27 Barnes High St, London SW13 9LW  Map Link. The nearest station is Barnes Bridge mainline station and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub, the run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will let us store our bags in their barn at the back, which we can also use for the circle. This run marks a significant Birthday for the Hare, so there will be a drink stop! Bring a reusable cup if you can, also a torch.


  • Run 1914 – 22 December – Clapham Junction (Battersea)

    Hare – No Fore Play

    Our last run before Christmas will be from The Candlemaker pub,136 Battersea High Street, SW11 3JR Map Link. The nearest station is Clapham Junction. When leaving the station do so via the Grant road exit, this can only be accessed using the underpass and is on the North side of the station. There will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual 19.15 hours. The pub will provide bag storage.  There will be a drink stop on trail.

  • Run 1913 – Thursday 15 December – Northfields

    Hare – Rambo

    This run will be from Ryan’s 282 Northfield Avenue W5 4UB Map Link. The nearest station is Northfields Tube on the Piccadilly line and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration. The run will end back at the pub, the Hare having decided that it is too cold for an A to B. Rambo’s trails tend to be “adventurous” so bring a torch, also a cup as there will be a drink stop.


  • Run 1912 – Thursday 8 December-Oxford Circus

    Hare – Pope

    This week’s run will be from The Stag’s Head 102 New Cavendish St, London W1W 6XW Map Link . The nearest station is Oxford Circus and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub, the area around the station will be very busy so use the Map Link if you are unfamiliar with it. The pub is also accessible from Great Portland Street station, not P trailed. This will be Pope’s annual Christmas lights and Presents run! Bring a wrapped present worth around £5 to take part in the lucky dip. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 Hours and the pub will provide bag storage for its duration.


  • Run 1911 – Thursday 1 December – South Kenton

    Hare – Wacker

    This week’s run will be from The Windermere, Windermere Avenue, HA9 8QT Map Link. The nearest station is South Kenton on the Bakerloo Line and London Overground and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to lead you to the pub, which is very close to the station. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will provide secure storage for our bags for its duration. There will be drink stop on trail for which you should bring your own cup, if you drink anything other than beer. The full trail will be around 4.5 miles but there will be shortcut options. Torch optional. There will be food back at the pub after the run.

    An alternative station option is Preston Road on the Metropolitan Line which is around a ten minute walk away from the pub (but no P trail). Bus 223 stops outside the pub. 


  • Run 1910 – Thursday 24 November – Hammersmith

    Hare – Sir Humpalot

    This week’s run will be from The Duke of Hammersmith 238 Shepherds Bush Rd, London, W6 7NL Map Link the nearest tube stations are the Hammersmith City and Circle station and the District and Piccadilly station and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from both of these stations to help you find this pub. The run will start from the at our usual time of 19.15 hours. The pub will provide an unsecured space for us to leave our bags and a bag sitter will be required.


  • Run 1909 – Thursday 17 November – Putney Bridge/Fulham

    Hare – Miss Bean

    This week’s run will be from The Kings Arms, 425 New Kings Road, SW6 4RN Map Link. The nearest station is Putney Bridge Tube on the District Line and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from that station to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours.

    Torches will be useful for a short distance on the run.


  • Run 1908 – Thursday November 10th ~ Surbiton

    Hare – Half Baked

    This week’s run will be from The Black Lion, 58 Brighton Road, KT6 5PL Map Link. The nearest station is Surbiton which is served by a fast and frequent overground service from Waterloo and Clapham Junction. There will be a trail of chalk P arrows from the station to help you find the pub which is about seven minutes walk. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. The pub serves food, mostly Pizza, kitchen open until ten P.M. and has a good selection of local Ales. There will be unsecured bag storage at the pub and we hope to have a a bag minder.

  • Run 1907 – Thursday November 3rd ~ Chiswick

    Hare – Standard Deviant

    This week’s run will take place from at the recently re-opened Old Station House, 2 Grove Park Road, Chiswick, W4 3SG Map Link. The pub is very close to Chiswick mainline railway station, and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from both its platforms to help you find the pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours and the pub will store our bags for its duration. Their kitchen is not yet in operation, so food will not be available. Bring a torch.

    Note that the transport strike originally scheduled for this day has been postponed and rail and tube should be running normally. If anyone is travelling by tube (district line stations Turnham Green and Chiswick Park) it is a short ride to Chiswick railway station on the E3 bus from Chiswick High Road.


  • Run 1906 – Thursday October 27th ~ Ravenscourt Park

    Harse – Smart Ar*e, For Sale or Rent, Kebab

    This week’s run will be from the The Prince of Wales pub, 73 Dalling Road, London W6 0JD Map Link. The nearest station is Ravenscourt Park Tube station and there will be a trail of chalk P arrows from there to help you find this pub. The run will start from the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours

    There will be a Hallowe’en theme, so dress spookily.

    There will be a drink stop, with a variety of beer in cans, so you won’t need collapsible cups.

    The pub is happy to store bags, but not securely, so if anyone isn’t running it might be a good idea to have a volunteer mind the bags.

    The hares have booked the outside garden area for afterwards, which according to SA ‘should be warm enough as they have those heater buttons in the booths as well as a large flame unit in the middle’.


  • Run 1905 – Thursday October 20th ~ North Ealing

    Hare – Optimist

    This week’s run pub will be from The Greystoke, 7 Queens Parade, Hanger Lane, North Ealing, Greater London, W5 3HU Map Link . The pub is about 100 metres from North Ealing underground station on the Piccadilly Line.

    The run will start form the pub at our usual time of 19.15 hours. It will be an A to B trail, returning to the pub via public transport (bus or tube). You should therefore bring means to pay on trail.

    Bags can be left in the pub, not securely, but we have a volunteer to watch over them.
