This week’s trail will a start from outside Kingston station Map Link. Our anti -Covid protocols will apply. There will be no bag drop, run with what you bring. It will be a staggered start, set out when you are ready, don’t wait for the whole pack to assemble, runners should set out between 18.45 hours and 1900 hours, walkers may start a bit earlier if they wish. There will be a drink stop, at the drink stop please stay in groups of six or less and observe social distancing. The run will be around 6 KM to the drink stop then about 1 km return to the station. Darkness will be falling towards the end of the run, which will include some wooded sections, so a torch might be useful, particularity to walkers and late starters.
